    Le thé vert possède de nombreux bienfaits.
    Nombreux sont les médecins qui mettent en avant les effets du thé vert sur l’organisme.
    Certaines études montrent que le thé peut aider à améliorer son état de santé, dire que le thé est bon pour toute maladie ne pourrait pas être une vérité.
    En tout cas ce qu’il est sûr est que le thé peut aider à améliorer son état en faisant disparaître certains maux.
    Pour savoir si un thé vendu en pharmacie est bon voici quelques questions à se poser :
    - quel est la nature des ingrédients qui accompagnent le thé (naturels, synthétiques, chimiques …)
    - le thé est-il Bio ? (sans Ogm, sans pesticides)
    Il ne faut pas se laisser tromper par le packaging et le nom donné au thé vendu.
