The broccoli  is one of the vegetables whose virtues and benefits are known throughout the world. Scientifically known as Brassaica oleracea, he is from crucifer family. According to some, it is a variety of cabbage which appeared in the south of Italy two thousand years ago. How to consume broccoli?

It is advisable to include broccoli daily in the diet. So it can be consumed  cooked or raw.  But, to keep all its active nutrients, it is recommended to consume it raw most often.
