From the cucurbit family, the pumpkin is a seed plant rich in vitamins and an important source of calories. The ingredients of this herbal tea can vary according to taste, but it is mainly made with pumpkin or pumpkin flesh, another fruit if necessary (orange most often), honey soup or sugar and spring water. The preparation consists in mixing the pressed orange and the pumpkin flesh in a grinder for a few minutes. Then, this mixture is filtered, the residual liquid is embellished with sweeteners and further diluted to become pumpkin juice.
