Java Halimun Jade Oolong Bio

It is to the west of the Indonesian island of Java, on the volcanic lands of the Gunung Halimun protected natural park, that this oolong grows with exceptional finesse and milk freshness. During the dry season, this fully managed plantation in compliance with ecological standards only uses rainwater for watering. Once infused, the small balls of dark green tea rolled by hand reveal a unique sweet note.
